不同翅片间距蒸发器对冷藏车空调的影响分析

摘要: 在分析我国冷藏车空调市场的基础上,简要介绍非独立式冷藏车空调系统的制冷系统原理,并试验对比分析了不同翅片间距的蒸发器对冷藏车空调整机性能及蒸发器排水、换热等性能的影响。在相同实验条件下,蒸发器翅片间距越小,换热器空气侧换热性能越大,但化霜水排水性能不一定最好,因此选取合适的翅片间距能够有效提高蒸发器的排水及换热性能。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the air-conditioning market of refrigerated vehicles in China, this paper briefly introduces the refrigeration principle of non-independent refrigerated vehicles air-conditioning system. Effects of different fin spacing of evaporators on the performance of the whole air condition system, evaporator drainage and heat transfer are experimentally investigated. The results show that the heat transfer performance of air side will be improved with the decrease of the fin spacing under the same experimental conditions, however, the drainage performance of the defrosting water may get worse. Therefore, the optimum fin spacing can effectively improve the performance of drainage and heat transfer of evaporators.
