摘要: 目前,房间空调器的性能测试标准和方法采用的是在固定工况点,将被测机置于恒温恒湿的试验室中进行性能测试,而这样的试验方法和环境与房间空调器的实际运行场景存在较大差异,且测试过程中房间空调器为锁频运行,这种测试方式不能考核空调变频调节的能力,无法很好地表征和衡量空调的实际性能。为了解决现行测试方法存在的问题,各国针对于空调性能测试的方法和标准都在向动态测试的方向过渡,即测试过程中,空调可由本机实际使用场景的控制策略来自由功率调节。为此,依据国际上典型的CSA SPE-07:23动态测试方法,针对于设备配置选型、数据采集系统、软件计算和控制系统等提出了适用于动态测试的焓差室改造方案,并开展了试验室改造、动态测试实验研究和验证,结果表明,改造后的试验室干球温度的动态跟随精度不超过0.3 ℃,湿球温度的动态跟随精度不超过0.2 ℃。

Abstract: Currently, performance testing standards and methods for room air conditioners are based on fixed operating points. The units under test are placed in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory, which differs significantly from actual operating conditions. Additionally, during the test, the air conditioner operates with a locked frequency, preventing the assessment of its frequency adjustment capabilities and failing to accurately reflect real performance. In order to solve the problems of the existing test methods, the methods and standards for air conditioning performance testing in various countries are in the direction of transition to dynamic testing. Based on the typical international CSA SPE-07:23 dynamic testing method. Proposes a program for the renovation of air enthalpy testing facility suitable for dynamic testing in terms of equipment configuration, data acquisition system, software calculation and control system, etc., and carries out experimental research and validation of the facility's renovation and dynamic testing. The results show that the dynamic following accuracy of the dry bulb temperature of the renovated facility does not exceed 0.3 ℃, and the dynamic following accuracy of the wet bulb temperature does not exceed 0.2 ℃.
