摘要: 为了提升冰箱使用的便利性,设计了一种新型冰箱电动搁架机构,具有高集成、无级调节等优势,着重分析电动搁架的整体设计,对驱动部件进行设计与选型,利用仿真及校核公式确定了减速箱结构、材料及齿轮的基本参数,以实验验证了钢丝绳锌头的拉脱负载满足实际需求,安全系数大,针对电动搁架关键的性能指标噪声和运行平顺性进行分析优化,用户使用体验感显著提升;上述工作从结构设计、电机选型、齿轮校核、材料选择、性能优化等方面对电动搁架全方位进行分析,旨在提高冰箱电动搁架的研究与应用。

Abstract: Designed a new type of electric shelf mechanism for refrigerators to improve usability. It has advantages such as high integration and step-less adjustment. The electric shelf's overall design and the driving components' selection and design were analyzed. Simulation and verification formulas were used to determine the basic parameters of the gearbox structure, materials, and gears. Experiments were conducted to verify that the wire rope and zinc head load met actual requirements, with a large safety factor. The key performance indicators of noise and smooth operation were analyzed and optimized to improve the user experience feeling significantly. The above work analyzed the electric shelf mechanism from the aspects of structural design, motor selection, gear verification, material selection, and performance optimization, to improve the research and application of electric shelves for refrigerators.
