基于振动噪声响应的空调外机电机支架设计研究

摘要: 空调室外机电机支架受到电机和风扇的多种激励,是整机结构中重要的部件之一。但是目前行业内对其受激励产生的振动噪声失效形式及机理研究较少,从而对电机支架振动噪声方面的设计也没有明确具体的要求,造成设计效率低且具有潜在的市场质量风险。首先对电机支架进行模态仿真和工作变形测试分析,探究电机支架的实际振动形式;然后使用扫频测试法,研究各类激励引起电机支架振动噪声的贡献量,及其对整机振动噪声的影响。发现在目前结构形式下,仅风扇动平衡引起的基频振动激励对整机振动噪声影响较大,其他激励影响较小。

Abstract: The motor bracket of the air conditioner outdoor unit is subject to a variety of excitation by the motor and fan, and is one of the important components in the structure of the whole machine. However, at present, there is less research on the vibration and noise failure form and mechanism generated by its excitation in the industry, and thus there is no clear and specific requirement on the design of vibration and noise of the motor bracket, which results in low design efficiency and potential market quality risk. We first analyze the modal simulation and working deformation test of the motor bracket to investigate the actual vibration form of the motor bracket; then we use the frequency sweeping test method to study the contribution of vibration noise of the motor bracket caused by various types of excitation, and its impact on the vibration noise of the whole machine. It is found that under the current structural form, only the fundamental frequency vibration excitation caused by fan dynamic balancing has a greater impact on the vibration noise of the whole machine, while other excitations have a smaller impact.
