基于心理声学评价的吸油烟机异响整改分析

摘要: 国内市场吸油烟机的普及率越来越高,客户对吸油烟机的选购标准也逐步提升,对产品的品质追求并不仅局限于大吸力,越来越多的用户更关注吸油烟机的声品质体验,吸油烟机的声品质优化成为提高产品竞争力新赛道。对某款存在典型“异响”问题的吸油烟机进行分析,通过心理声学参量“调噪比”对该“异响”听感进行量化,并结合声辐射测试、结构模态测试及结构模态仿真对该款吸油烟机的结构进行优化,成功消除异响。

Abstract: The popularity of range hood in the domestic market is getting higher and higher, and customers' standards for the selection and purchase of range hood are also gradually improved. The pursuit of product quality is not limited to high suction, more and more users pay more attention to the sound quality experience of range hood. The sound quality optimization of range hood has become a new track to improve the competitiveness of products. Analyzed a range hood with typical "abnormal noise" problem, and the "abnormal noise" hearing is quantified by the psychoacoustic parameter "noise adjustment ratio". The structure of the machine is optimized by sound radiation test, structural modal test and structural modal simulation, and the abnormal noise is eliminated successfully.
