压机舱涡流噪声分析与优化研究

Analysis and optimization of eddy current noise in the press chamber

摘要: 针对某828 L型号卧式冷柜压机舱中存在的涡流噪声大的问题,分析了压机舱声源构成、涡流噪声产生机理、流体及声学仿真得到卧式冷柜压机舱涡流噪声的来源,并进一步优化整机噪声。结果表明:(1)卧式冷柜涡流噪声由压机舱内散热轴流风机引起,并通过压机舱内腔进行放大。(2)压机舱内的涡流噪声主要与轴流风机两侧进、出风散热通风孔的相对有效面积大小有关,实验表明,通过增加进风口面积30%,同时减少出风口面积10%,整机噪声降低3.0 dB(A)。

Abstract: In response to the eddy current noise problem in a certain type of horizontal refrigeration cabinet compressor chamber, analyzes the composition of the compressor chamber sound source, the mechanism of eddy current noise generation, and fluid and acoustic simulation to obtain the source of eddy current noise in the horizontal refrigeration cabinet compressor chamber, and further improves and optimizes the overall machine noise. The results indicate that: (1) The vortex noise of the horizontal freezer is caused by the axial flow fan in the compressor chamber, and amplified through the compressor chamber. (2) Eddy current noise is related to the effective ventilation area of the inlet and outlet of the compressor chamber. Experiments have shown that by increasing the inlet by 30% and reducing the outlet area by 10%, the overall noise is reduced by 3.0 dB(A).
