关于洗碗机蒸水混合洗技术的研究与应用

摘要: 性能提升一直都是洗碗机研发的重点突破方向,也是市场用户的主要诉求之一。首先,基于洗碗机现有的水喷淋冲刷洗涤技术,并利用蒸汽快速升温特性,新增引入了用于洗碗机的蒸汽功能模块,提出了洗碗机蒸水混合洗的洗涤概念;其次,通过样机测试得出不同时间段洗涤腔各测试点温升情况,并整合洗涤腔温升测试数据和洗碗机洗涤特性,得出提升餐具洗净与干燥效果的蒸汽使用方案,同时也进行了相关验证实验;最后,对蒸水混合洗技术在快速洗涤与烘干等其他方面做出应用展望。以提升洗碗机性能为导向,结合传统喷淋洗与蒸汽洗的技术特点,提出了蒸水混合洗技术,并为该技术在洗碗机上的应用提供了思路。

Abstract: Performance improvement is always a key breakthrough direction for dishwasher research and development, and it is also one of the main demands of users. Firstly, based on the spray washing technology of dishwashers and the rapid heating characteristics of steam, it is introduced that a steam generator module is added to the dishwasher and the washing concept of dishwasher steam-water mixing washing is proposed. Secondly, the temperature rise data of different test points at inner chamber during different time periods is obtained through prototype test and integrated with the washing characteristics of dishwasher, then it develops a steam using way to improve the washing and drying effect for dinnerware, and also conducts relevant verification experiments. Finally, the applications of steam-water mixing washing technology in other areas such as rapid washing and drying are discussed. Aim to improve the dishwasher performance by combining traditional spray washing and steam washing, the steam-water mixing washing technology is proposed, providing the ideas of the application of this technology in dishwashers.
