R290干衣机热泵系统特性与能量分析

摘要: 干衣机用热泵系统具有小型化、闭式循环、高湿环境运行以及瞬态性等特点,针对当前热泵干衣机研究的不足,从理论和实验两方面对干衣机用R290热泵系统进行系统分析,重点对制冷剂侧热力特性、湿空气侧循环特性与能量分配和整机能量损失进行了研究。理论分析得到了闭式循环系统中进入滚筒的热量与冷凝器总放热量的关系。实验结果表明,R290热泵系统在蒸发器进口处干度较大,降低了蒸发器的换热效率,沿程阻力较高;冷凝器放出的热量不能全部进入滚筒内,提高进筒热量的有效手段一是减少再蒸发水的量,二是提高出筒空气的相对湿度。整机有大约20%的热量损失,进一步提高能量利用效率的有效途径可考虑加强滚筒的密封减少泄露。

Abstract: The heat pump system used in a dryer has the characteristics of miniaturization, closed-loop circulation, operation in high humidity environments, and transient performance. To address the shortcomings of current heat pump dryers, a systematic analysis of the R290 heat pump system used in dryers was conducted from both theoretical and experimental perspectives, focusing on the thermodynamic characteristics of the refrigerant side, the circulation characteristics and energy distribution of the humid air side, and the overall energy loss of the dryer. The theoretical analysis obtained the relationship between the heat entering the drum and the total heat released by the condenser in a closed-loop system. The experimental results showed that the R290 heat pump system had a high dryness at the inlet of the evaporator, which reduced the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator and increased the resistance along the way. The heat released by the condenser could not all enter the drum. Effective means to increase the heat entering the drum include reducing the amount of re-evaporated water and increasing the relative humidity of the air leaving the drum. The entire dryer had a heat loss of approximately 20%, and an effective way to further improve energy efficiency would be to strengthen the seal of the drum to reduce leakage.
