建筑格栅内安装室外机对空调器性能的影响及改善方法研究

Research on the influence and improvement methods of installing outdoor units in building grilles on the performance of air conditioners

摘要: 为提高建筑格栅内空调器的高温制冷性能,首先采用CFD数值模拟方法,计算了格栅造成的风量损失,分析格栅内外空调器室外机的流场分布。此外,采用试验和数值模拟研究室外机安装位置、出风角度、增加套筒对高温制冷性能的改善。研究表明,安装建筑格栅后,室外机的出风格栅通过率为16.68%。为提高出风量,安装时尽量将室外机紧贴在格栅上,减小前侧距离,同时在距离及安装允许的情况下,将左侧距离增加,建议该距离大于170 mm。出风集中,能够提高格栅出风率,出风角度从45 °减小到0 °,格栅出风量增加了76.20%。格栅加装套筒,提高了格栅内部空调器性能,格栅通过率可以达到50%左右,制冷能效提升4.53%,制冷能力提升73.08%,制冷能力可以达到无格栅情况下的90.82%。

Abstract: In response to the issue that building grilles affect the high-temperature refrigeration performance of air conditioners, this paper first uses CFD numerical simulation method to calculate the air flow loss caused by grilles, and analyzes the flow field distribution of outdoor units of air conditioners inside and outside the grilles. In addition, experiments and numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the improvement of high-temperature refrigeration performance by installing the outdoor unit, adjusting the outlet angle, and adding a guide coil. Research has shown that after installing building grilles, the air outlet grille pass rate of outdoor units is 16.68%. To increase the air output, try to place the outdoor unit tightly against the grille during installation, reduce the distance on the front side, and increase the distance on the left side if the distance and installation permit. It is recommended that this position be greater than 170 mm. Concentrated air output can improve the grid air output rate, reduce the air output angle from 45 ° to 0 °, and increase the grid air output by 76.20%. The installation of air guide rings on the grille has improved the performance of the air conditioner inside the grille. The grille pass rate can reach about 50%, the cooling energy efficiency can be improved by 4.53%, the cooling capacity can be increased by 73.08%, and the cooling capacity can reach 90.82% without the grille.
