微细气泡清洗织物表面油污的研究

Research on cleaning the oil pollution in fabric surfaces using fine bubbles

摘要: 微细气泡作为一种绿色环保的清洗技术被用于清洗纺织物表面油污。分别基于重量法和白度法评价微细气泡的清洗效率,测试中使用的纺织品基材为聚酯基,油污为大豆油和润滑油,油污采用苏丹红染色。结果表明:与自来水相比,微细气泡水清洗表面油污效率更高,以大豆油为例,微细气泡水对大豆油去除率达到29.84%,而自来水仅有9.21%。微细气泡对表面油污去除的主要作用为破裂微射流和吸附作用。对比静置后气泡水和新生成气泡水对表面油污去除效果,微米级气泡的破裂微射流和上浮作用比纳米级气泡的吸附作用和表面电荷排斥作用更有利于纺织物表面油污的去除。

Abstract: Fine bubbles, as a green and environmentally friendly cleaning technology, are used to clean oil stains on the surface of textiles. The cleaning efficiency of ultrafine bubbles was evaluated based on the weight method and whiteness method, using polyester as the textile substrate and soybean oil and lubricating oil as the oil stains, which were stained with Sudan Red. The results show that compared with tap water, the cleaning efficiency of ultrafine bubble water for surface oil stains is higher. For example, for soybean oil, the removal rate of ultrafine bubble water is 29.84%, while that of tap water is only 9.21%. The main functions of ultrafine bubbles in removing surface oil stains are the fragmentation of micro-jets and adsorption. Comparing the effects of stagnant bubble water and newly generated bubble water on the removal of surface oil stains, the fragmentation micro-jet and upward movement of micron-sized bubbles are more conducive to the removal of surface oil stains than the adsorption and surface charge repulsion of ultrafine bubbles.
