直流柔性房间空调器多工况运行特性研究

摘要: 空调作为家用光储直柔系统中最具柔性调节潜力的负载设备之一,在搭载柔性调节功能之后,运行策略发生了本质变化。为了探明直流柔性空调在不同场景下的运行特性和规律,重点针对直流柔性空调在启停、变电压和升降温场景下的运行测试结果,分析了直流柔性空调功率调节及运行性能变化规律,结果表明:随着输入直流电压的降低,直流柔性空调从开机到功率及风量稳定的调节时间逐渐减少。当输入电压为340 V时,直流柔性空调的运行功率可降为额定电压下功率的71.37%,当电压为315 V时,运行功率可降为额定电压下功率的33.88%。相较于室内温度变化对直流柔性空调运行功率的影响而言,电压调节对于直流柔性空调运行功率的变化速度影响更为显著,但两者对空调运行功率调节量的影响程度接近。

Abstract: As one of the load equipment with the most flexible power regulation potential in PEDF systems, the power regulation and operation strategy have changed essentially after the air conditioner is equipped with the flexible regulation capability, in order to explore the operation characteristics of DC flexible air conditioner for power adaptive regulation under different conditions with changing voltage. Carried out the start-stop test, variable voltage test and temperature rise-fall test of DC flexible air conditioner. Compared and analyzed the effects of different operation conditions and parameters on the power regulation and operation performance of DC flexible air conditioner. The results show that: with the reduction of the input DC voltage, the regulation time of DC flexible air conditioner is gradually shortened from the start-up point to the power and air volume stabilization. When the input voltage is 340 V, the operating power of DC flexible air conditioner can be reduced to 71.37% of the power at rated voltage, and when the voltage is 315 V, the operating power can be reduced to 33.88% of the power at rated voltage. Compared with the changing of indoor temperature,, the voltage regulation has a more significant effect on the speed of change of the DC flexible air conditioner operating power, but the degree of influence of the two on the amount of air conditioner operating power regulation is relatively similar.
