Abstract: GB/T 28219.1—2025 "Intelligentization technology requirements and evaluation for intelligent household appliances-Part 1: General requirements" is the second revision based on GB/T 28219—2018. The new edition changes the standard positioning, terminology, technical requirements and evaluation method. It sets safety, reliability and structural risk as baseline requirements, and builds an intelligentization-function framework covering data, information and knowledge management, human-machine interaction, intelligent control and intelligent operation and maintenance. By combining conformity judgment with score-based evaluation, the standard turns intelligentization from conceptual description into verifiable, comparable and traceable technical evidence. Centered on the primary discrepancies between the old and new editions, it analyzes the impacts of the revised standard on product design, software upgrades, abnormal scenarios, functional iteration, testing and certification, and industrial development. The analysis provides a valuable reference for corporate R&D, conformity assessment, and the development of future standards for special requirements.
