冰箱用离心风机噪音评价方法研究

摘要: 风冷无霜冰箱逐渐成为市场主流产品,离心风机噪音成为影响冰箱整机噪音的主要噪音源。目前在用多款离心风机噪音水平存在较大差异,而离心风机噪音综合评价方法缺失。针对此问题,通过风量测试与噪音分析相结合的方法进行8款风机噪音评价,设计了一种冰箱用离心风机噪音测试实验台,实现变转速工况下单风机噪音水平分析。最终通过对比同风量条件下的风机噪音特性,从8款离心风机优选出综合噪音水平较优的型号,为后期离心风机的选型工作提供参考。

Abstract: Air-cooled frost-free refrigerators have gradually become mainstream products in the market, and the noise of centrifugal fans has become the main noise source affecting the noise of the refrigerator. At present, the noise level of many centrifugal fans in use is quite different, and the operating conditions are different. Based on this problem, research on noise evaluation methods of centrifugal fans for refrigerators has been carried out. Through the fan performance air-dynamic test bench, the test of the air volume of different centrifugal fans at different speeds was completed, and a noise test bench for the centrifugal fan for refrigerators was designed to analyze the noise level of a single fan under variable speed conditions. Finally, by comparing the fan noise characteristic curve under the same air volume, the noise level of the fan is evaluated, which provides a reference for the selection of the centrifugal fan.
