发泡原料配比及发泡层密度对热水器保温性能的影响

摘要: 保温性能作为衡量热水器能效的关键指标之一,直接影响到热水器的使用和推广。随着用户对节能、环保指标要求的不断提高,企业对热水器水箱保温性能的关注度也越来越高。本文通过试验验证和理论分析,系统深入地研究发泡原料配比、发泡层密度对水箱保温性能的影响规律,结果表明:异氰酸酯与组合聚醚多元醇配比为1.05:1时,发泡层密度在38~45Kg/m3时,水箱保温性能较好,能显著降低水箱的温降值。

Abstract: As one of the key indexes to measure the energy efficiency of water heaters, thermal insulation performance directly affects the use and promotion of water heaters. With more and more high requirements for energy saving and environmental protection ideas, the thermal insulation performance of water heater tank is paid more and more attention to by production enterprises. Through experimental verification and theoretical analysis, this paper systematically studied the influence law of foaming raw material ratio and foaming layer density on the insulation performance of the water tank. The results showed that when the ratio of isocyanate and combined polyether polyol was 1.05:1, the foam layer density was 38~45Kg/m3, the insulation performance of the water tank was better, and the temperature drop of the water tank could be reduced.
