镁阳极与电子阳极对电热水器水箱的腐蚀防护效果评估

Evaluation of corrosion protection effect of magnesium anode and electronic anode on the water tank of electric water heater

摘要: 针对60L电热水器水箱,采用电化学方法研究了不同电导率水质、不同保温温度条件下,分别采用镁阳极、电子阳极保护的水箱的腐蚀电位、腐蚀速率、氢气析出浓度,并对镁阳极、电子阳极的腐蚀防护效果进行了对比评估。实验结果表明:采用电子阳极保护后的水箱电位全部在有效保护范围内,且电位值比较集中,而镁阳极保护则存在一定的过保护和自损耗现象;采用镁阳极和电子阳极进行腐蚀防护的保护效果明显,保护后的腐蚀速率比保护之前下降了10 倍以上,整体而言,电子阳极优于镁阳极;镁阳极在对水箱阴极保护时所析出的氢气比电子阳极保护时析出的氢气量多,即在同等空腔体积内氢气浓度高。

Abstract: Aiming at the 60L electric water heater, effects of different water quality and different temperature conductivity conditions by using electrochemical method, using water tank electronic magnesium anode, anode protection corrosion potential, corrosion rate and hydrogen evolution and the concentration of magnesium anode, corrosion protection effect of the electronic Yang compares. The experimental results show that the water potential of electronic anode protection after all in the effective scope of protection, and the potential value is relatively concentrated, and magnesium anode protection have certain protection and self loss phenomenon; protective effect of using magnesium anode and electronic anode corrosion protection significantly, corrosion rate of protection than the protection before the decline more than 10 times, the whole electronic anode is better than magnesium anode; magnesium anode in cathodic protection of the precipitated water tank of hydrogen anode protection than the electron precipitation amount of hydrogen, hydrogen in the same cavity volume in high concentration.
