热带水果在冰箱中储存研究

摘要: 热带水果富含营养成分,多生长在高温、高湿度的环境下。采摘后的热带水果在高温低湿条件下呼吸作用强;低温高湿条件下,冷害现象易发生,储存难度较大。实验通过控制温度及湿度两个变量,以芒果为研究对象,研究营养成分的变化,最终确定冰箱中的最佳储存温湿度为10℃、95%。

Abstract: Tropical fruits are rich in nutrients, grow in high temperature and humidity environment. Under high temperature and low humidity condition, the respiration of picked Tropical fruits are stronger. Under low temperature and high humidity condition, cold damage is easy to happen, so it is difficult to storage. The experiment research variety of mangoes nutrients by controlling temperature and humidity, finally confirm the best storage of temperature and humidity is 10℃, 95%.
