摘要： 近些年来,家庭用品消毒渗透到家电的各个领域,除了传统的嵌入式、立式、台式等专业的家用消毒柜外,洗碗机、烤箱、冰箱、洗衣机、空调等家电产品也都增加了消毒杀菌的功能,人们越来越关注家庭的生活健康,“消毒”应运成为家电新兴的功能点,被应用到各个领域,本文在对目前市场上常用的消毒技术进行了分析的基础上,重点关注并阐述了光波技术在厨房电器食具消毒柜市场上的应用及最新发展趋势。

Abstract: In recent years, household disinfection penetrated into all areas of home appliances, in addition to embedded,vertical, desktop and other traditional household disinfection cabinet, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning and other appliances are also increasing the disinfection function, people pay more and more attention to family health, "disinfection" become a new functional appliance, is applied to various fields, this paper is in the current commonly used disinfection technology on the market are analyzed on the basis of the focus and expounds the application of optical technology in the kitchen appliances disinfection tableware cabinet on the market and the latest development trend.
