摘要: 未来冰箱产品的发展方向之一是定制化,个性化。本文通过对传统的冰箱U壳辊轧成型工艺和采用智能CNC模具折弯成型工艺的分析,对比了他们两者的优缺点。CNC模具折弯成型工艺可成型多种槽型、调整尺寸方便快捷,适用多种板料厚度和材料,成型准确。这些优点说明其更符合未来冰箱定制化、多样化的生产趋势。

Abstract: Customization and personalized is one direction of development of the future refrigerator. This article analyze the traditional refrigerator U-shell manufacture technique, rolling forming and the intelligent CNC mold bending U-shell technique, compare their advantage and disadvantage. The intelligent CNC mold bending technique have many advantage , it can forming many profile, adjust the dimension very fast and convenient, it is suitable for many sheet thickness and material. It accurately forming. These made it more appropriate for the new tendency of manufacturing technique of refrigerator’s sheet, which is customization and personalized.
