Abstract: In recent years, multi-split air-conditioning market and low-temperature heating market has been developing rapidly. The large size rotor compressor has obvious competitive advantage than the scroll compressor, and its proportion is bigger and bigger. The market prospect is broad, which is sought after by most manufacturers. This article mainly introduces the key technology points for developing such a competitive product. First of all, the design of high reliability shafting structure makes the compressor run smoothly, the load of the rotating shaft is low and the clearance of the rotor is even more uniform; secondly, lubrication oil dynamic balance should be satisfied under the condition of long pipe installation; moreover, effectively reduce the noise and reliable valve system structure design are also essential means.
