摘要: 文章利用数值模拟的方法对离心风机的流场特性进行仿真,对其气动噪声进行模拟,获得了原模型风机的流场特性和气动噪声特性,并通过实验验证了数值模拟的正确性;根据计算结果,对原模型风机进行了优化设计,提升了离心风机的气动性能,降低其气动噪声,并进行实验测试了原模型与改进离心风机的性能,最终室内侧离心风机噪音降低3.5dB。

Abstract: The numerical simulation method is used to simulate the flow field characteristics of centrifugal fans, The aerodynamic noise is simulated, and the flow characteristics and aerodynamic noise characteristics of the original model fan are obtained, and the correctness of the numerical simulation is verified by the experiment. According to the calculation results, the original model fan was optimized to improve the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal fan and reduce its aerodynamic noise, The performance of the original model and the improved centrifugal fan is tested, and the noise of the indoor centrifugal fan is reduced by 3.5dB.
