热泵干衣机管路系统振动优化设计

Vibration optimization design for heat pump dryer pipeline system

摘要: 本文以某热泵干衣机压缩机管路为研究对象,基于测试和仿真理论分析技术对管路进行振动优化设计。通过对现有管路进行模态测试分析修正有限元模型,通过有限元仿真分析及模态验证结果发现,现有管路固有频率与压机基频从而接近导致共振,通过修改有限元模型对热泵干衣机管路进行结构优化避开共振频率,减小和避免管路振动大引起的结构噪音及管路断裂风险。对优化后的管路结构进行试验验证,管路振动位移幅值降低73%,管路加速度幅值降低65%。研究结果可为压缩机管路的结构设计提供理论指导,有效节省产品的开发周期及降低管路振动。

Abstract: The paper regards compressor pipeline of heat pump dryer as the research object, based on the test and simulation analysis technology for vibration optimization design of pipeline. Through the modal test of existing pipeline to modify finite element model. The results of finite element simulation and test results show that the natural frequency of existing pipeline is close to compressor frequency, causes pipeline resonance. The pipeline is optimized to avoid the resonance frequency by modifying the finite element model, reduce the structural noise caused by pipeline vibration and avoid pipeline rupture. Through test verification on the optimized model, the displacement amplitude is reduced by 73%, the acceleration amplitude is reduced by 65%. Research results can provide theoretical guidance for the press line structure design, and save the product development cycle and reduce the vibration of the pipeline.
