基于DOE的家用净水机声场噪声优化探究

摘要: 本文主要针对某款反渗透净水机的噪声声场进行CAE仿真模拟、噪声频谱测试及振动测试,从而确定净水机整机的噪声分布状况。进而通过在净水机不同位置的面板贴附双组份吸声棉,对净水机的噪声扩散进行探究。在此基础上,运用DOE分析方法分析吸声棉的贴附位置对噪声的影响,以获得最佳贴附位置方案。结果表明,双组份吸声棉对于中高频的噪声降噪效果较好,最优组合方案平均降噪量高达4dB(A),对整体声品质提升有较为明显的效果。

Abstract: This paper describes the noise distribution condition of one reverse osmosis water purifier sold on the market based on CAE analogue simulation, noise spectrum test and vibration test. This aim is to investigate the noise diffusion of the water purifier by attaching the two-component sound-absorbing cotton on different panel. Then analyze the consequence which is caused by the attaching position by the design of experiment (DOE) analysis methods in order to attain the best attaching position. What could be shown in the result is that the two-component sound-absorbing cotton have an excellent sound-absorbing property for the noise between medium-high frequency, the best combination scheme have a 4dB(A) noise reduction which caused an obvious sound quality improvement.
