摘要: 本文基于研究家用和类似用途制冷器具性能试验室环境温场校准方法和校准结果分析。家用制冷器具性能试验室(以下简称“试验室”)可以模拟不同气候类型,是用于检测和研究家用和类似用途制冷器具的重要装置。试验室由计算机控制系统、测量仪表、传感器和数据采集器等组成,主要用于测试制冷器具温度、耗电量、能效等参数。本文详细讲述了试验室环境温场的校准方法和校准结果的计算过程,希望对试验人员有一定的帮助,更好的服务企业和检测机构,以确保制冷器具性能检测的准确性和一致性。

Abstract: This paper is based on the analysis of calibration methods and results of environmental temperature field in the performance testing chamber of household and similar refrigerating appliances. The performance testing chamber of household refrigerating appliances (hereinafter referred to as " testing chamber ") can simulate different climate types, and is an important device for testing and researching household and similar refrigerating appliances. The testing chamber is composed of computer control system, measuring instruments, sensors and data acquisition devices. It is mainly used to test the temperature, power consumption and energy efficiency of refrigerating appliances.This paper describes in detail the calibration method of the environmental temperature field in the testing chamber and the calculation process of the calibration results. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the experimenters and better serve the enterprises and testing laboratories to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the performance testing of refrigerating appliances.
