摘要: 家用消毒柜目前被广泛应用于厨房家电当中,但其在使用过程中存在下层碗篮高度落差大、抬升费力的问题。基于ADAMS对改进后的消毒柜层架升降机构进行动力学仿真及分析。仿真中主要针对碗篮的抬升过程,并引入气弹簧模型进行仿真结果分析。结果表明,改进后基于平行四边形抬升机构以及气弹簧助力机构的层架升降机构可以实现抬升过程中的省力作用,也验证了机构设计的可行性。

Abstract: Household disinfection cabinet is widely used at present in the kitchen of home appliances, but disinfection cabinet in the use of the lower bowl basket height difference exists, lifting laborious problems. Based on ADAMS to improve the disinfection cabinet floor frame lifting mechanism for dynamic simulation and analysis. In the simulation, the lifting process of the bowl basket is analyzed by introducing the air spring model. The results show that the improved lifting mechanism based on the parallelogram lifting mechanism and the gas-spring assisted mechanism can save energy during the lifting process and verify the feasibility of the mechanism design.
