摘要: 基于cetol6σ公差仿真技术,对某家用分体壁挂空调内机新产品导风板两端配合外观面差问题进行仿真分析。在空调实体模型基础上,基于实际结构设计方案进行装配约束,基于零件加工原理进行尺寸公差定义,cetol6σ软件基于随机取样组装的原理进行分析计算。通过贡献度和敏感度排序表,提炼关键影响因素,并以此为依据制定并验证整改优化方案,最终解决该新产品导风板两端配合面差异常问题。

Abstract: Based on the cettol6σ tolerance simulation technology, the simulation analysis of the appearance difference between the two ends of the air deflector of a new household wall-mounted air conditioner is carried out. Based on the air-conditioning solid model, the assembly constraints are based on the actual structural design scheme, and the dimensional tolerance definition is based on the part processing principle. The cettol6σ software is based on the principle of random sampling assembly for analysis and calculation. Through the contribution and sensitivity ranking table, the key influencing factors are refined, and the rectification and optimization scheme is formulated and verified based on this, and finally the problem of the matching surface aberration at both ends of the air deflector of the new product is solved.
