摘要: 洗衣粉的溶解性能对洗涤性能的提升影响较大,首先论述了洗衣粉溶解技术的影响因素及应用现状,针对溶解过程中的问题,提出了一种通过激荡水流溶解洗衣粉的控制方法。基于DEM离散相模型分析和Simcenter Test.Lab振动测试确定了激荡水流的速度,介绍了激荡水流的具体程序控制方法,并验证了该技术方案的实际效果。

Abstract: The dissolution of washing powder has a great influence on the improvement of washing performance. Firstly, the influencing factors and application status of washing powder dissolving technology are discussed. Aiming at the problems in the dissolution process, a control method for dissolving washing powder through turbulent water is proposed. Based on the DEM discrete phase model analysis and Simcenter Test.Lab vibration test, the speed of the turbulent water flow was determined, the specific program control method of the turbulent water flow was introduced, and the actual effect of the technical solution was verified.
