冰箱烫印件食品级改善方案探究

摘要: 在食品接触材料测试法规(EU) No 10/2011的修订法规(EU) No 2016/1416重金属特定迁移项目中新增了铝金属的迁移限定,现有常规冰箱烫印(铝)制件不能满足此项法规要求。现介绍冰箱烫印件食品级改善的方案,通过改变烫印膜材料,用以降低或避免法规中所限定Al重金属的特定迁出。结果表明,镀锡膜、颜料膜及金属复合膜,可满足修订法规中对Al及其他重金属特定迁移要求,为家电行业出口产品的烫印件食品安全提升提供技术参考。

Abstract: Revised regulation (EU) 2016/1416 for food contact materials of regulation (EU) No 10/2011 adds the aluminum into the specific migration of heavy mental items, resulting in the consequence that conventional silvery foil (aluminum) parts are unable to meet the requirements. The improvement method of the food contact safety for refrigerator silvery foil parts was introduced, that by changing the silvery foil material to avoid or reduced the migration of Al heavy metals. The results showed that silvery Tin foil (Sn), silvery pigment film and metal hybrid film would meet the specific migration of Al and other heavy mental items of EU food contact safety standard, which could provide technical reference for the improvement of silvery foil parts in the export home appliance.
