转子压缩机轴系强度与启动性能的影响研究

摘要: 压缩机启动电磁音影响客户体验,为了解决该问题,总结设计试验,对启动力矩和电磁音进行研究试验。通过对偏心转子的电磁力和挠度进行理论计算,对比不同同轴度间隙的压缩机在单机和系统上的启动表现,得到了定转子间隙和启动性能的关系;对比泵体轴系加强结构,得到一套解决启动电磁音的优化泵体方案,为后续设计开发提供参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the electromagnetic sound,this paper has researched the starting force and the electromagnetic sound. Via theoretical calculation of the electromagnetic force and deflection for eccentric rotor, comparing the starting performance of the compressor and the system at different coaxiality clearance, the relationship between stator/rotor clearance and starting performance is obtained in this paper. By comparing the reinforced structure of the shaft system of the pump, an optimized pump scheme solving the electromagnetic sound during starting is obtained. The paper can be used as a reference for the design and development to be made in the future.
