疏水材料在冰箱蒸发器上抑制结霜实验分析

摘要: 风冷冰箱翅片蒸发器结霜对冰箱性能影响较大,为了研究抑制结霜方法,对翅片蒸发器进行疏水涂层的处理。对翅片蒸发器表面的结霜的情况进行实验研究,分析疏水材料对翅片蒸发器结霜的影响。试验表明,疏水翅片蒸发器表面对霜层一定的抑霜效果。

Abstract: The frosting of frost-free refrigerator fin evaporator has a great influence on the performance of refrigerator. In order to study the method of restraining frosting, we treat the fin evaporator with hydrophobic coating. The frosting on the surface of finned evaporator was experimentally studied, and the influence of hydrophobic materials on the frosting of finned evaporator was analyzed. The results show that the surface of hydrophobic fin evaporator has a certain inhibition effect on frost layer.
