摘要: 聚氨酯泡沫作为冰箱和冰柜最重要的保温材料,可以将它看成均质的保温材料,随着温度、湿度、压力等条件变化,导热系数也发生变化。在冰箱工作时,各个间室温度不同,导致不同间室聚氨酯泡沫的保温性能不同,因此需要一个更合理的评判聚氨酯泡沫保温性能的方法。同时,由于冰箱各个间室温度不同,间室之间泡沫保温性能不同,所以发泡层厚度也应不同,从而得出合理的发泡层厚度。

关键词: 聚氨酯泡沫, 热负荷仿真, 综合导热系数, 发泡层厚度

Abstract: Polyurethane foam is the most important insulation material for fridge freezer. It can be regarded as homogeneous thermal insulation material. With the change of temperature, humidity and pressure, the thermal conductivity also changes. When the refrigerator is working, the room temperature is different, leading to different insulation properties of polyurethane foam, so we need a more reasonable method to evaluate polyurethane foam insulation performance. At the same time, different room temperature of the refrigerator is different, the foam insulation performance between the rooms is different, so the thickness of the foam layer should also be different, so as to draw a reasonable thickness of the foam layer.
