摘要: 热气融霜技术有利于节能,越来越多轻商型产品都开始利用热气融霜技术来提高能效。本文针对使用热气融霜压缩机易出现液击、过载甚至卡死等故障,提出了采用阀组泄压、优化弹性销、限位板、电机和冷冻油等系列解决方案,并提出了可靠性运行SOA区域,根据SOA运行区域拐点进行针对性的可靠性试验,可以很大程度地提高压缩机的可靠性,使压缩机适用于热气融霜系统。

Abstract: Hot gas defrosting technology is conducive to energy saving, and more and more light commercial products are beginning to use hot gas defrosting technology to improve energy efficiency. This article proposes a series of solutions to the use of hot gas defrosting compressors that are prone to liquid hammer, overload or even jamming, and proposes a series of solutions such as valve group pressure relief, optimizing elastic pins, limit plates, motors and refrigerating oil, and proposes reliability Operate the SOA area, and conduct targeted reliability tests based on the inflection point of the SOA operating area, which can greatly improve the reliability of the compressor and make the compressor suitable for hot gas defrosting systems.
