Study on crushing effect of cell wall-broken blender

摘要: 为研究破壁料理机的粉碎效果和其影响因素,通过激光粒度仪对破壁料理机在不同转速、不同工作时间下搅碎胡萝卜的颗粒情况进行了实验,并使用软件对实验数据进行分析。分析结果表明,转速和时间是影响破壁料理机粉碎效果的两个因素。

Abstract: In order to study the crushing effect degree and its influencing factors of the cell wall-broken blender, laser particle size analyzer was used to test the particle size of carrot stirred by cell wall-broken blender at different rotating speed and working time. The software was used to analyze the test data. The results show that rotating speed and working time are the two factors affecting the crushing effect of the cell wall-broken blender.
