摘要: 家电生产需要对钣金件进行加工。传统的点焊、铆接作为行业常用的不可拆卸式连接方法,在经济及技术上均存在一些局限性。TOX连接技术作为一种高效、环保的连接方式,在家电行业金属外观件的连接中应用越来越广。根据柜式空调器背板钣金件的结构特点,阐述了TOX多点连接技术的具体实施过程,对指导TOX多点连接技术应用于方形柜式空调器背板部件上的加工过程,提高钣金品质具有积极作用。

Abstract: The production of home appliances requires processing of sheet metal parts. Traditional spot welding and riveting, as non-detachable connection methods, have some limitations in terms of economy and technology. TOX connection technology, as an efficient and environmentally friendly connection method, is increasingly used in the connection of metal appearance parts in the home appliance industry. According to the structural characteristics of the sheet metal parts of the rear panel of the cabinet air conditioner, the specific implementation process of the TOX multipoint connection technology is explained, it has a positive effect on guiding the process of applying the TOX multipoint connection technology to the rear panel components of the cabinet air conditioner and improving the quality of sheet metal parts.
