Study on application of high voltage electrostatic technology in wine cooler

Abstract

Abstract: Using high voltage electrostatic can form space electric field in wine cooler. To promote the association of molecules, the hydrogen bond and weak chemical bond in new wine can be destroyed by electric field. The electric field can also active the molecules in wine, and provide energy for oxidation、polymerization and esterification reactions. It can reduce the irritability of wine and enhance the aroma of wine in a short time.
