Abstract: Gasket is an important connection structure between refrigerator door and body, and heat transfer through gasket is an important component of refrigerator thermal load. In this paper, both CFD simulations and experimental test were carried out to analyze the heat transfer characteristics of frost-free refrigerator cabinet gasket. This paper primarily focuses on heat transfer paths and the proportions which lays the foundation for the optimal design of frost-free refrigerator cabinet gasket. The results show that the heat transfer and leakage of the door seal need to consider the leakage heat of the door seal mass transfer and the heat loss and heat leakage of the door seal. The frost-free refrigerator gasket mass transfer leakage is affected by the pressure difference in the refrigerator. The frost-free refrigerator cabinet gasket mass transfer leakage accounted for more than 36% of the total leak, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cabinet is an important factor affecting the leakage of the door seal.
