Research on accurate control of cavity temperature and steam volume in embedded steamer

Abstract: Based on Robam S226 and C906, this study carried out research on the precise control technology of cavity temperature and steam volume through external steam generator and peristaltic pump. It has been found that it is difficult to achieve superheated steam by steam generator alone in S226 and C906. The shortest preheating parameters of superheated steam reaching 105℃ is steam generator setting temperature 175~200℃, steam flow rate 26.4~31.7mL/min, and the preheating time is between 7~8min. At the same time, the initial temperature of the steam generator, the number of air outlets of the cavity, and the temperature of the inlet water have little effect on the preheating time. More importantly, under the condition that the steam generator provides steam of 100℃, the steam flow is in the range of 34.4~47.8mL/min, and the C906 cavity uses auxiliary heating by setting temperature between 110~150℃, the superheated steam and separate precision control of steam volume can be realized, which provides application and technical guidance for embedded products to achieve separate and precise control of cavity temperature and steam volume.
