Abstract: The influence of the residual stress with different molding process parameters in polycarbonate (PC) component was researched, a model of household air-conditioning panel was choosed as the object of the study, the Moldflow software simulation as the analysis platform. The result shows that in the normal injection parameter range, higher mold temperature, lower holding pressure, and annealing treatment help reduce the residual stress of PC injection molded parts.
