Abstract: In this paper, a novel EMFi piezoelectric thin film sensor based sleep monitoring health mattress was made to monitor and evaluate the sleep quality of users during sleep without load. With modern signal processing method, respiratory wave and heart rate can be real time monitored. Through the combination of the two signals statistical analysis, the health mattress is expected to achieve sleep related health data analysis, and emergency response.
