Air conditioning system and compressor design of top mounted truck parking

Abstract: Because the wall-mounted air conditioning system used for truck parking is not beautiful enough, and there is a risk of violating traffic regulations. In order to solve the above problems, a kind of air conditioning system for truck parking and its application compressor are studied and analyzed. The air conditioning system is installed on the top of the truck compartment. Due to the high national requirements on motor vehicle restrictions, the system needs to be designed as low as possible. To solve the problem of large vibration during truck operation, the system designed in this paper is connected with the compressor with a flexible hose, which has a strong anti-vibration capability. At the same time, the vibration reduction system, motor system and heat dissipation system of the compressor are optimized for the special application environment of the truck parking air conditioning. A horizontal compressor for truck parking air conditioning with good vibration reduction effect and high reliability was designed.
