Abstract: Refrigerator noise has always been the focus of product improvement research. Refrigerator noise mainly includes compressor noise, refrigerant noise, abnormal noise, pipeline noise, and so on. Pipeline resonance caused by exhaust pipes and suction pipes is the main cause of pipeline noise. Aiming at the problem of the resonance of the refrigerator pipeline, the experimental and simulation methods are used to analyze the fixed frequency and stiffness of the suction pipe of a certain type of refrigerator machinery in our company. Optimize the suction pipe combined with the results of the experimental stress test. The low-order fixed frequency of the suction pipe effectively avoids the natural frequency of the compressor, and reduces the rigidity of the pipeline, avoids pipeline resonance during the work of the press, and provides a solution to the problem of refrigerator pipeline resonance.
