Abstract: Compressor built-in muffler has become a common compressor noise reduction structure, but how to design a good noise reduction effect muffler, is a direction of research. Through the muffler muffler principle, the common muffler structure characteristics in the market, such as different cavity type, outlet position, height, diameter, variable section, partition board and so on are analyzed; Based on the acoustic finite element method, the influence of each feature on the muffler's ability is clarified. On this basis, the above research results are applied to a compressor to solve the noise problem, which is used in the design optimization and comparative verification of the compressor built-in muffler. Finally, in solving the actual problem of the product, the good effect of focusing on the average noise reduction of 4 to 5 decibels in frequency band is realized. The research results have certain reference value for the noise reduction application of compressor and air conditioning system.
