Abstract: Modern kitchen life changes with each passing day, the traditional kitchen has long been unable to meet people's various needs. With the popularization of "integration", "intelligence" and "scene", "integrated smart kitchen" has become the focus of kitchen life and kitchen industry reform. Chinese cooking is keen on frying, and a large amount of lampblack will be produced in the process. As the air is sucked into the air duct to cool and condense, the lampblack will adhere to particles of dust and accumulate, resulting in reduced efficiency and attenuation of smoke exhaust performance of the range hood. Aiming at the pain points of oil fume purification, the pure core full dynamic centrifugal oil fume pre-purification device is innovatively designed through CAE simulation technology, which makes the two phases of oil and gas pre-separation, protects the wind wheel and air duct from oil dirt accumulation and pollution, and achieves long-term stable pumping and purification effect, and the measured purification efficiency can reach more than 94%. The separation of liquid grease can be effectively recovered and recycled. The application of the intelligent control integrated system purification technology in the integrated stove can effectively reduce the impact of the integrated stove oil fume on the kitchen environment and health, and promote the development of the integrated kitchen appliance industry purification technology.
