Abstract: New UL require that the mechanical timer need add another operation to go to stay on position when consumer operated the oven. Timer principle limit cannot be changed, need to redesign the knob and timer to match the panel. In this paper, to meet the new safety requirements, we introduce the way to limit the elasticity of the block and knob on the panel.
