Dynamics analysis of air conditioner compressor rotor system

Abstract: During the operation of the air conditioner compressor the vibration generated by the rotation of the compressor rotor system through the pipeline to the structural member, causing vibration and noise of the air conditioning structure. In this article, Dynamic analysis of compressor rotor system by finite element method, using elasticity finite element method to establish the Dynamic equations of compressor rotor system; based on the finite element method with few degrees of freedom to establish the Dynamic model of compressor rotor system, analysis of the compressor rotor system inherent characteristics using New-mark numerical integration method and ANSYS software, the finite element analysis solution and the numerical analysis solution control the numerical error of the first three critical speeds within 5%, thus verifying the correctness of the established compressor rotor system dynamics model. The unbalance response of the compressor rotor system under different eccentric states is analyzed by New-mark numerical integration method. The analysis results show that the eccentricity and the response amplitude are linear in the rotor system.
