Abstract: The difficulties and the existing problems of the welding between aluminum liquid tank and aluminium tube are analyzed, and high frequency induction welding for production application is selected. the high frequency induction welding between the aluminum liquid tank and aluminum tube production technology is researched from the geometric shape and size of the joint to the actual production tooling. production test and production process points are summarized, the implementation of these methods, the difficult problem of welding between aluminum liquid tank and aluminum tube is solved, and good welding quality is obtained. Through the popularization and application in production practice, obvious economic benefits have been received. The solutions to the problems in practical application are of great guiding significance to the welding between products similar to aluminum tubes.
