Abstract: Micro steam roasting machine including microwave, barbecue, steam three basic functions, is currently in the field of kitchen cooking appliances in the highest technical difficulty, one of the most complex structure of the model, in a limited space to improve microwave energy efficiency is more difficult, but also the future of kitchen cooking appliances research breakthrough direction. Therefore, the research on how to improve the microwave energy efficiency of micro steam roasting machine is of practical value. In order to improve the output efficiency of micro steam roasting machine, it is necessary to increase the useful power in the process of food cooking, reduce the energy loss of other components, and give full play to the best cooking effect. The following mainly from the microwave source selection, microwave matching adjustment and optimization, furnace cavity material, electrical matching and other different directions, on the basis of the comparison of test data, summed up some methods and ways to improve the energy efficiency of microwave energy efficiency, meet the requirements of the first level of energy efficiency of the micro steam roasting machine under the condition of the new national standard.
