Abstract: Temperature uniformity is a key indicator of refrigerators. Also, it is vital to preservation and store of food. There are many factors affecting the temperature uniformity of refrigerators, such as foaming effects, air-duct design, and shelf length. Therefore, the position of refrigerated temperature was taken as a single variable to investigate the relationship between parameters such as the temperature deviation and power consumption. The results show that the refrigerated sensor, located in the position where has large temperature deviation, is benefit to improve the temperature uniformity of the fresh-food compartment. Among them, the first layer of the fresh-food compartment is the largest temperature deviation, the fourth layer under the position of the original refrigeration sensor is the smallest temperature deviation; when the sensor position is adjusted to the top 7.5 cm of the first layer, we compare to the primary position of the refrigerated sensor. Then we found that the maximum temperature deviation of the fresh-food compartment was dropped from 11.6℃ to 5.8℃ at the air temperature of 16℃,and the maximum temperature deviation was dropped from 15.7℃ to 8.9℃ at the air temperature of 32℃. In addition, after adjusting the position of the refrigerator sensor, the fresh-food compartment is cooled more frequently, but the average temperature and power consumption of each compartment does not change significantly.
