Correct prediction of heat efficiency for the electric rice cookers based on artificial neural network

Abstract: The heat efficiency for electric rice cookers refers to the ratio of thermal energy produced and electric energy consumed. High efficiency means low energy consumption. In recent years, as the industry develops, the heating method of electric household appliances has been further upgraded. The induction heating rice cooker has the characteristics of uniform heating and good rice taste, which has become an inevitable trend of the development of the rice cooker industry. However, its lower heating efficiency will inevitably affect its development. Therefore, in the standard formulation process, the correction coefficient λ was introduced to increase the heating efficiency value of the IH rice cooker. By comparing the neural network linear regression algorithm and the nonlinear regression algorithm to determine a correct method to predict the heat efficiency for the electric rice cookers.
