Abstract

Abstract: IEC 60335-2-40:2022 was issued in May, 2022. The new standard has revised the requirements for flammable refrigerant charge limit, ventilation and so on. Introduces the requirements for flammable refrigerant charge limit and ventilation in IEC 60335-2-40:2022 in detail, and compares the new standard with IEC 60335-2-40:2018, GB 4706.32-2012 for the difference of flammable refrigerant charge limit for reference.
