Abstract: The temperature and humidity control of wine cabinet is the most concerned technical parameter of users. At present, the temperature control has reached the level required by users, but the humidity control has a wide range of fluctuations. Therefore, it is necessary to study the humidity control methods that can be used in wine cabinets. Humidity control methods include humidification methods and dehumidification methods. Anhydrous humidification, isoenthalpy ultrasonic humidification and wet film humidification can be used for wine cabinet humidification, and condensation dehumidification, absorption adsorption dehumidification methods can be used for wine cabinet dehumidification.
